Returns and Exchanges
We want you to absolutely love your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things don’t work out. All returns and exchanges must be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We offer store credit for change of mind, size exchanges, or style changes. Refunds are only provided if an item arrives faulty or damaged. To make the process as smooth as possible, please make sure you’re completely happy with your item before removing any tags or stickers.

RETURN GUIDELINES:

Timeframe: Requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your order.

Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, unsoiled, with original tags and hygiene liners attached, and free of any odors (including perfumes). Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back at your expense.

Sale Items: All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Processing Time: Store credit will be processed within 3 business days of receiving your return.

Lost or Damaged Returns: Ramana Surf is not responsible for lost or damaged return packages. We offer optional Shipping Protection at checkout to cover these risks. If declined, the customer assumes responsibility for any loss or damage during return shipping.
