Small Pockets. Big Freedom. Your bikini just leveled up.

Created for the woman who chases horizons, Electric Summer is a tribute to freedom—freedom to explore, to play, to move without limits.

Why Pockets?

After being diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes in 2023, I struggled to find a secure place for my glucose pouch whilst I surfed. This got me thinking about all the other times I thought, 'Man I need a pocket for this'.

FAQS

What can I put in my pocket?

All the little things you really don’t want to lose to the ocean. Your scooter key on that Bali surf trip (yes, we added a secret key loop—you're welcome). Your glucose pouch if you’re a fellow T1D legend. Your mum’s expensive jewellery you forgot to take off in the car park. We have designed these bikinis with the ultimate freedom in mind.

What is Ramana Surf swimwear made of?

At Ramana Surf, we use REPREVE® because it turns ocean-bound waste into something beautiful and built to last. It means your swimwear feels great, fits better, and helps keep our playground— the ocean—clean.

REPREVE® is a super-soft, high-performance fabric made from recycled plastic bottles—yep, the ones people usually toss away without a second thought. They’re collected, cleaned, melted down, and reborn as premium fibres that stand up to saltwater, sun, stretch, and adventure.

Are the pockets waterproof?

The inside of the pockets aren’t waterproof, so they’re great for items that don’t mind a little splash! Think non-electronic keys, waterproof glucose sachets, and other tough little essentials like wax or jewellery. We have added a waterproof zipper for extra durability in salty conditions, so your swimwear will last longer.

How do I care for my swimwear?

To keep your swimwear looking its best, rinse it in cold water after each use and hand wash gently with mild soap. Take extra care when rinsing your zipper and metallic hardware to avoid oxidisation. Avoid washing machines, dryers, and wringing, as heat and agitation damage the fabric. Lay flat to air-dry in the shade, and keep suits away from rough surfaces and oils or sunscreen to prevent snagging and fading. With proper care, your swimwear will stay vibrant and supportive for longer.
